MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
You'll be surprised at how many great housing options you might have to
choose from.
In step four of the process we'll actually go out and
look at homes that fit your parameters so you can get a first
hand, private look at each property.
And the fifth and final step, when we do find the perfect
home for you,
I'll
answer all your questions and give you all the specific details
that you need to make a decision. I will help you through
the whole process from pricing the property, writing and
negotiating the contract, setting you up with a
home inspection company,
and finally ending the process on closing day.
